TOKYO JAPAN –ADEKA Corporation (http://www.adk.co.jp/en/index.html) announced that it had established it’s first subsidiary and sales office in South America, ADEKA BRASIL LTDA. (ADBR) in Sao Paulo, Brazil on April 1st.
Brazil is the largest economy in South America and is experiencing remarkable economic growth. Further investments in infrastructure and greater consumption are predicted in consideration of two big events to be held in Brazil, namely FIFA world cup in 2014 and the Olympic games in 2016.
ADBR aims to supply the automotive and electronics industries which are also the target of the ADEKA Group. This will increase ADEKA Group’s sales mainly in Polymer Additives and Lubricants.
In addition, ADBR will also introduce ADEKA Group's latest products to the market and investigate new and other business opportunities in Brazil.
ADBR’s is expected to achieve 2 billion JPY turn-over in 2018, 5 years after being established. ADEKA Group plans to have a production facility in the future in Brazil to further contribute to ADEKA’s Global growth.
ADBR will be exhibiting at FEI PLASTICS 2013 which is the largest plastic exhibition in South America from May 20th to 24th in Sao Paulo city, and welcomes customers to visit Booth No. E-85.
